If you struggle with frizzy, coarse or fly-away hair, do yourself a favor and buy this conditioner now! I’ve tried conditioners from numerous brands, including Oribe and Kerastase, and really, this is one of the best (if not the best) I’ve tried. Either the conditioner smelled good but didn’t address my frizz and puffiness, or my frizz was only slightly smoother but with a chemical scent. After the first use, I couldn’t stop playing with and smelling my hair. My split ends were sealed, my hair was smoothed and even my third-day hair didn’t have the “dirty hair” smell. The only drawback is the scent – I personally like the woody, smoky notes but I can see it being overwhelming for some people. Packaging is reminiscent of art deco designs: elegant, jewel-toned and streamlined. Key ingredients include:
· Aloe Vera
· Quinoa – botanic source of protein for repair
· Moringa Oil – strengthens along with smoothing and hydrating
· Avocado Oil
All of the TPH products are cruelty-free, vegan, phthalate-free and paraben-free. Packaging is color coded based on concern (yellow for scalp, turquoise for hydration, etc.). As if the brand couldn’t be more perfect, each item is $15 and under. Make It Rain is $10 and available at Target, so luxurious and repaired hair has never been more accessible.
How to use: apply on cleansed, damp hair for 2-3 minutes (or longer for deeper hydration). The crème is lightweight but if using it after each shampoo or cleanse feels too heavy, rotate this with a less-hydrating formula.
